وَذَا ٱلنُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَٰضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِى ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ أَن لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبْحَٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
And Jonah, the man of the fish, when he went off angry at his people without waiting for leave to go. Then he called out from inside the darkness: there is no god but You; glory be to You; I have been one of the wrongdoers.
اور مچھلی والے یعنی یونس کو یاد کیجیے، جب وہ اپنی قوم سے ناراض ہو کر، اجازت کا انتظار کیے بغیر ہی چل دیے۔ پھر انہوں نے اندھیروں کے اندر سے پکارا: تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، تو پاک ہے، بےشک میں ہی ظالموں میں سے تھا۔
