وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
A town that has been destroyed does not come back. The return is barred to them: they do not come again into this world.
جو بستی بھی ایک بار ہلاک کر دی جاتی ہے وہ کبھی دوبارہ اس دنیا کی طرف واپس نہیں آتی۔ ان کے لوٹنے کا راستہ ہمیشہ کے لیے بند کر دیا گیا ہے: وہ اپنی کوتاہیوں کی تلافی کے لیے دوبارہ کبھی اس دنیا میں نہیں آ سکتے۔
