يَوْمَ تَرَوْنَهَا تَذْهَلُ كُلُّ مُرْضِعَةٍ عَمَّآ أَرْضَعَتْ وَتَضَعُ كُلُّ ذَاتِ حَمْلٍ حَمْلَهَا وَتَرَى ٱلنَّاسَ سُكَٰرَىٰ وَمَا هُم بِسُكَٰرَىٰ وَلَٰكِنَّ عَذَابَ ٱللَّهِ شَدِيدٌ
On the day you see it, a nursing mother forgets the child at her breast and a pregnant woman puts down what she is carrying. You will see people as though they were drunk, and they are not drunk: what has taken hold of them is the severity of God's punishment.
جس دن تم اسے دیکھو گے، ہر دودھ پلانے والی اپنے دودھ پیتے بچے کو بھول جائے گی، اور ہر حاملہ اپنا حمل گرا دے گی۔ تم لوگوں کو نشے میں دیکھو گے حالانکہ وہ نشے میں نہیں ہوں گے: انہیں تو اللہ کے عذاب کی شدت نے پکڑ رکھا ہوگا۔
