وَٱلْبُدْنَ جَعَلْنَٰهَا لَكُم مِّن شَعَٰٓئِرِ ٱللَّهِ لَكُمْ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ فَٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱسْمَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا صَوَآفَّ فَإِذَا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهَا فَكُلُوا۟ مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا۟ ٱلْقَانِعَ وَٱلْمُعْتَرَّ كَذَٰلِكَ سَخَّرْنَٰهَا لَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
The sacrificial camels are among the markers God has set for you, and there is good for you in them. Mention God's name over them as they stand in line - the commentaries describe the same posture, the animal standing with its forelegs bound. When their sides have gone down, eat of them, and feed the poor man who keeps quiet about his need and the one who comes and asks. They were made subject to you so that you would be thankful.
قربانی کے اونٹ تمہارے لیے اللہ کی مقرر کردہ نشانیوں میں سے ہیں، اور ان میں تمہارے لیے بھلائی ہے۔ ان پر اللہ کا نام لو جب وہ صف بستہ کھڑے ہوں - تفسیریں اسی حالت کا ذکر کرتی ہیں کہ جانور اپنی اگلی ٹانگ باندھ کر کھڑا ہوتا ہے۔ جب ان کے پہلو زمین پر گر جائیں تو ان میں سے کھاؤ، اور اس محتاج کو بھی کھلاؤ جو اپنی ضرورت پر خاموش رہتا ہے اور اس کو بھی جو آ کر مانگتا ہے۔ یہ جانور تمہارے لیے مسخر کیے گئے تاکہ تم شکر ادا کرو۔
