وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَوٰةِ فَٰعِلُونَ
And who are doers of the zakat: the wording is of doing it, not merely of owing it.
اور وہ لوگ ہیں جو زکوٰۃ کو باقاعدہ ادا کرنے والے ہیں: یہاں استعمال کیا گیا لفظ خود اس عمل کے کر گزرنے کے معنی میں ہے، محض یہ بتانے کے لیے نہیں کہ یہ ان کے ذمے واجب ہے۔
