قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبْعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Say: who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty Throne? The question is put a second time and higher, so that the same answer has to be given about more.
