وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُۥ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ لَمَسَّكُمْ فِى مَآ أَفَضْتُمْ فِيهِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
And were it not for God's favour to you and His mercy, in this world and in the next, a great punishment would have caught you at once for what you plunged into.
اور اگر تم پر اللہ کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت دنیا میں پردہ پوشی اور معافی کی صورت میں، اور آخرت میں توبہ کی قبولیت کی صورت میں نہ ہوتی، تو اس باطل بات میں پڑنے کی وجہ سے تمہیں فوری طور پر بہت بڑا عذاب پہنچ جاتا۔
