ٱلزَّانِيَةُ وَٱلزَّانِى فَٱجْلِدُوا۟ كُلَّ وَٰحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِا۟ئَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُم بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِى دِينِ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
The woman and the man who commit fornication: a hundred lashes each. And no pity for the two of them is to hold you back from what God has laid down, if you believe in God and the Last Day. A group of the believers is to be present at the punishment.
زانیہ عورت اور زانی مرد، ان دونوں میں سے ہر ایک کو سو کوڑے مارو ان کے اس فعل کی سزا کے طور پر، اور ان پر ایسی نرمی تمہیں اللہ کی حد قائم کرنے سے نہ روکے اگر تم اللہ اور یوم آخرت پر سچا ایمان رکھتے ہو، اور مومنوں کی ایک جماعت ان کی سزا کے وقت موجود ہو تاکہ یہ عبرت اور نصیحت کا باعث بنے۔
