قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا۟ مِنْ أَبْصَٰرِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا۟ فُرُوجَهُمْ ذَٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ
Say to the men who believe: let them lower their eyes from what is not theirs to look at, and guard themselves from what is not lawful. That is cleaner for them, and it keeps them clear of what raises doubt. God is aware of what they do.
اے نبی! مومن مردوں سے کہہ دیں کہ وہ اپنی نگاہیں ان چیزوں سے نیچی رکھیں جن کو دیکھنا ان کے لیے جائز نہیں، اور اپنی شرمگاہوں کی حفاظت ان چیزوں سے کریں جو ان کے لیے حلال نہیں۔ یہ نگاہ نیچی رکھنا اور حفاظت کرنا ان کے لیے زیادہ پاکیزہ ہے اور انہیں شک و شبہے سے دور رکھتا ہے۔ بیشک اللہ ان کے ظاہری اور پوشیدہ سب اعمال سے خوب باخبر ہے۔
