فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوكُم بِمَا تَقُولُونَ فَمَا تَسْتَطِيعُونَ صَرْفًا وَلَا نَصْرًا وَمَن يَظْلِم مِّنكُمْ نُذِقْهُ عَذَابًا كَبِيرًا
So the ones they worshipped have given them the lie about what they claimed, and now they can neither turn the punishment away nor find any help. And whoever of you does wrong will be made to taste a great punishment.
پس ان معبودوں نے ان مشرکوں کی اس بات کو جھٹلا دیا جو وہ ان کی عبادت اور اعتقاد کے بارے میں کہتے تھے، تو یہ مشرک آج نہ عذاب کو اپنے سے پھیر سکتے ہیں اور نہ ہی کوئی مددگار پا سکتے ہیں۔ اور تم میں سے جو کوئی ظلم کرے گا اسے ہم سخت عذاب چکھائیں گے۔
