وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيْلَ لِبَاسًا وَٱلنَّوْمَ سُبَاتًا وَجَعَلَ ٱلنَّهَارَ نُشُورًا
And He is the one who made the night a covering that wraps you as clothing does, and sleep a cutting-off from work so that the body can rest, and the day a rising up again.
اور وہی ذات ہے جس نے تمہارے لیے رات کو ایسا لباس بنایا جو کپڑے کی طرح تمہیں اپنے اندھیرے میں چھپا لیتی ہے، اور نیند کو کام کاج سے وقفہ بنایا تاکہ جسم اور دماغ آرام کر سکیں، اور دن کو کام کاج اور روزی کی تلاش میں پھیلنے اور اٹھنے کا وقت بنایا۔
