وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ بُشْرًۢا بَيْنَ يَدَىْ رَحْمَتِهِۦ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً طَهُورًا
And He is the one who sends the winds ahead of His mercy with the news of it, and sends down from the sky water that is pure and that makes pure.
اور وہی ذات ہے جو ہواؤں کو اپنی رحمت یعنی بارش کے آنے سے پہلے خوشخبری دینے والی بنا کر بھیجتا ہے، وہ بارش کے آنے کی خوشخبری پہلے سے پہنچا دیتی ہیں، اور ہم نے آسمان سے ایسا پانی نازل کیا جو خود پاک ہے اور دوسری چیزوں کو بھی پاک کرنے والا ہے۔
