وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَٰهُ بَيْنَهُمْ لِيَذَّكَّرُوا۟ فَأَبَىٰٓ أَكْثَرُ ٱلنَّاسِ إِلَّا كُفُورًا
And He turns the rain about among them - to one people at one time and to another at another - so that they would take heed. But most people will have nothing but ingratitude.
اور ہم نے اس پانی کو لوگوں کے درمیان مختلف مقامات پر پھیرا، کبھی ایک بستی کو ملتا ہے اور کبھی دوسری کو، تاکہ وہ اللہ کی اس نعمت کو یاد رکھیں اور اس کا شکر ادا کریں، لیکن اکثر لوگوں نے اس نعمت کی ناشکری اور کفران ہی کیا۔
