وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا فِى كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ نَّذِيرًا
And had He willed, a warner could have been raised up in every single town. He was sent instead to the people of all of them.
اور اگر اللہ چاہتا تو ہر بستی میں الگ سے ایک ڈرانے والا بھیج دیتا جو صرف اسی بستی والوں کو ڈراتا، لیکن اس نے یہ پسند فرمایا کہ محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو تمام بستیوں اور امتوں کے لیے ایک ہی ڈرانے والا بنا کر بھیجے۔
