قِيلَ لَهَا ٱدْخُلِى ٱلصَّرْحَ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَن سَاقَيْهَا قَالَ إِنَّهُۥ صَرْحٌ مُّمَرَّدٌ مِّن قَوَارِيرَ قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّى ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِى وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَٰنَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
She was told to enter the hall. Solomon had made its floor of clear white glass with water flowing under it and fish in the water. Seeing it she took it for a pool and uncovered her legs, and he told her it was a hall paved smooth with glass. At that she said: my Lord, I have wronged myself, and I submit with Solomon to God, the Lord of the worlds.
اسے کہا گیا کہ محل میں داخل ہو جاؤ۔ سلیمان علیہ السلام نے اس کا فرش صاف شفاف شیشے کا بنایا تھا جس کے نیچے پانی بہتا تھا اور اس میں مچھلیاں تھیں۔ اسے دیکھ کر اس نے اسے پانی کا تالاب سمجھا اور اپنی پنڈلیاں کھول دیں، تو انہوں نے بتایا کہ یہ تو شیشے سے ہموار کیا ہوا محل ہے۔ اس پر اس نے کہا: اے میرے رب، میں نے اپنے آپ پر ظلم کیا، اور اب میں سلیمان کے ساتھ اللہ رب العالمین کی فرمانبردار ہوتی ہوں۔
