وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى ٱلْقُرْءَانَ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ
And you, Muhammad, are being given the Qur'an from One who is Wise and Knowing. It is laid upon you from His presence: it is not of your own composing, and the wisdom and the knowledge in it are His.
اے محمدؐ، آپ کو یہ قرآن ایک ایسی ذات کی طرف سے دیا جا رہا ہے جو حکیم اور علیم ہے۔ یہ آپ پر اسی کی طرف سے نازل کیا گیا ہے، یہ آپ کی اپنی تصنیف نہیں، بلکہ اس میں جو حکمت اور علم ہے وہ سب اسی کا ہے۔
