يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ
He punishes whom He wills and shows mercy to whom He wills, and it is to Him that you will be turned back.
