وَقَٰرُونَ وَفِرْعَوْنَ وَهَٰمَٰنَ وَلَقَدْ جَآءَهُم مُّوسَىٰ بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ سَٰبِقِينَ
And Korah and Pharaoh and Haman. Moses came to them with plain proofs, and they made themselves great in the land. But they never got ahead of God, and nothing they did put them beyond His punishment.
اور ہم نے قارون اور فرعون اور ہامان کو بھی ہلاک کیا، اور موسی علیہ السلام ان کے پاس ان کی صداقت پر واضح دلائل لے کر آئے، تو انہوں نے زمین میں تکبر اور ضد کی، اور وہ اللہ سے آگے نکل کر اس کے عذاب سے بچنے والے نہ تھے۔
