وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ءَايَٰتٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦ قُلْ إِنَّمَا ٱلْـَٔايَٰتُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
And they said: why has no sign been sent down on him from his Lord, of the kind given to those before him, the she-camel or the staff? Say: the signs are with God, and the matter rests with Him. I am only a plain warner.
اور ان مشرکوں نے کہا کہ اس پر اس کے رب کی طرف سے وہی حسی معجزات کیوں نازل نہ ہوئے جیسے پہلے انبیاء کو دیے گئے، جیسے صالح کو اونٹنی اور موسی کو لاٹھی؟ ان سے کہہ دیں کہ معجزات نازل کرنا صرف اللہ کے اختیار میں ہے وہ جیسے چاہے کرے، اور میں تو صرف ایک واضح ڈرانے والا ہوں۔
