لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَٰدِ
Do not be deceived by the free moving of those who refuse through the lands. The commentaries carry the same occasion of the thought it answers: the believers were in hardship and saw the enemies of God at ease in their trade and their travel, and wondered.
کافروں کا شہروں میں آزادانہ گھومنا پھرنا تمہیں دھوکے میں نہ ڈالے۔ مفسرین اسی موقع کا ذکر کرتے ہیں جس کے جواب میں یہ بات کہی گئی: مومنین سختی میں تھے اور انہوں نے اللہ کے دشمنوں کو ان کی تجارت اور سفر میں آرام سے دیکھا تو حیران ہوئے۔
