فَإِنْ حَآجُّوكَ فَقُلْ أَسْلَمْتُ وَجْهِىَ لِلَّهِ وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَنِ وَقُل لِّلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَٱلْأُمِّيِّـۧنَ ءَأَسْلَمْتُمْ فَإِنْ أَسْلَمُوا۟ فَقَدِ ٱهْتَدَوا۟ وَّإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْبَلَٰغُ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرٌۢ بِٱلْعِبَادِ
If they argue with you, Muhammad, say: I surrender my whole face to God, and so do those who follow me. And say to those given the Scripture and to those with no scripture: have you submitted? If they submit they are guided, and if they turn away your duty is only to deliver the message. God sees His servants.
اگر وہ آپ سے جھگڑا کریں تو کہہ دیں: میں نے اپنا چہرہ اللہ کے سامنے جھکا دیا ہے، اور جو میری پیروی کرتے ہیں انہوں نے بھی۔ اور اہل کتاب اور ان پڑھے لوگوں سے کہیں: کیا تم نے بھی اسلام قبول کیا؟ اگر انہوں نے اسلام قبول کر لیا تو وہ ہدایت پا گئے، اور اگر منہ موڑ لیا تو آپ کے ذمے صرف پیغام پہنچانا ہے، اور اللہ اپنے بندوں کو خوب دیکھنے والا ہے۔
