وَمِنْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنَزِّلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَيُحْىِۦ بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَآ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ
And of His signs is that He shows you the lightning, bringing fear to the traveller who dreads the bolt and hope to the settled man who wants the rain, and that He sends water down from the sky and gives the earth life with it after its death. In that there are signs for a people who use their reason.
اور اس کی نشانیوں میں سے یہ بھی ہے کہ وہ تمہیں بجلی دکھاتا ہے، جو مسافر کے لیے کڑک سے خوف کا باعث بنتی ہے اور مقیم شخص کے لیے بارش کی امید دلاتی ہے، اور وہ آسمان سے پانی برساتا ہے اور اس سے زمین کو اس کی موت کے بعد زندہ کر دیتا ہے۔ بےشک اس میں عقل رکھنے والوں کے لیے بڑی نشانیاں ہیں۔
