God is the One who sends the winds, and they stir up cloud, and He spreads it across the sky as He wills, little or much, a day's journey or two, driving it to whatever land He wills. Then He breaks it into pieces, and you see the rain come out of its middle. And when He makes it fall on whom He wills of His servants, at once they are rejoicing.
