ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُم مِّن ضَعْفٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ضَعْفٍ قُوَّةً ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ ضَعْفًا وَشَيْبَةً يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْقَدِيرُ
God is the One who created you out of weakness: from a poor fluid, and then the weakness of a child who cannot grasp or walk. Then after that weakness He made strength, the strength of youth. Then after strength He made weakness again, and grey hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Able.
اللہ ہی وہ ذات ہے جس نے تمہیں کمزوری سے پیدا کیا، یعنی ایک حقیر پانی کی بوند سے، پھر بچپن کی کمزوری سے جس میں بچہ کچھ پکڑنے اور چلنے کے قابل نہیں ہوتا۔ پھر اس کمزوری کے بعد اس نے طاقت عطا کی، یعنی جوانی کی طاقت۔ پھر طاقت کے بعد دوبارہ کمزوری اور بڑھاپا لے آیا۔ وہ جو چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے، اور وہ سب کچھ جاننے والا اور ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔
