وَلَقَدْ ضَرَبْنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِى هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٍ وَلَئِن جِئْتَهُم بِـَٔايَةٍ لَّيَقُولَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا مُبْطِلُونَ
And God has set out for people in this Qur'an every kind of likeness, to rouse them. And if you brought them a sign, of the kind given to those before you, those who refuse would say: you are nothing but people making things up.
اور اللہ نے اس قرآن میں لوگوں کے لیے ہر طرح کی مثال بیان کر دی ہے تاکہ وہ چوکنا ہو جائیں۔ اور اگر تم ان کے پاس کوئی ایسی نشانی لے آؤ جیسی پہلے لوگوں کو دی گئی تھیں، تب بھی انکار کرنے والے یہی کہیں گے کہ تم لوگ محض جھوٹی باتیں گھڑنے والے ہو۔
