أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱلْفُلْكَ تَجْرِى فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ بِنِعْمَتِ ٱللَّهِ لِيُرِيَكُم مِّنْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ
Have you not seen that the ships run on the sea by God's favour, carried by the wind and the water He made for it, so that He may show you something of His signs? In that there are signs for everyone much given to patience and much given to thanks.
کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ کشتیاں اللہ کے فضل و احسان سے سمندر میں چلتی ہیں، اور اس نے پانی میں ایسی طاقت رکھی ہے کہ یہ کشتیاں اسی کے سہارے چلتی ہیں، تاکہ وہ تمہیں اپنی کچھ نشانیاں دکھائے۔ بےشک اس میں ہر اس شخص کے لیے نشانیاں ہیں جو مصیبت پر بہت صبر کرنے والا اور نعمتوں پر بہت شکر کرنے والا ہو۔
