ٱلَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَهُم بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ
Those who establish the prayer, give the zakat, and are certain of the life to come. The three are named out of everything that doing good covers, for the weight that is put on them.
یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو نماز کو اس کے وقت پر پوری طرح قائم کرتے ہیں، فرض زکاۃ اس کے حق داروں کو ادا کرتے ہیں، اور آخرت کے دن اور اٹھائے جانے پر پورا یقین رکھتے ہیں۔ ان تین باتوں کا خاص طور پر ذکر اس لیے کیا گیا ہے کہ یہ نیکی کے سارے کاموں میں سب سے زیادہ وزن رکھتی ہیں۔
