وَقَرْنَ فِى بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ ٱلْجَٰهِلِيَّةِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ وَأَقِمْنَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتِينَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَطِعْنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنكُمُ ٱلرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ ٱلْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًا
And settle in your houses, and do not display yourselves as women displayed themselves in the earlier time of ignorance. And establish the prayer, and give the zakat, and obey God and His messenger. God wills only to take impurity away from you, people of the house, and to purify you thoroughly.
اور اپنے گھروں میں ٹھہری رہو اور بغیر ضرورت باہر نہ نکلو، اور اس طرح زینت ظاہر کر کے نہ نکلو جیسے پہلی جاہلیت کی عورتیں اسلام سے پہلے کیا کرتی تھیں، اور نماز کو اس کے حدود کے ساتھ قائم کرو، اور مقررہ زکوۃ دو، اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی ہر بات میں اطاعت کرو۔ اللہ چاہتا ہے کہ اے نبی کے گھر والو! تم سے ہر گندگی اور آلودگی دور کر دے، اور تمہیں مکمل طور پر پاک کر دے۔
