إِذْ دَخَلُوا۟ عَلَىٰ دَاوُۥدَ فَفَزِعَ مِنْهُمْ قَالُوا۟ لَا تَخَفْ خَصْمَانِ بَغَىٰ بَعْضُنَا عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ فَٱحْكُم بَيْنَنَا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَلَا تُشْطِطْ وَٱهْدِنَآ إِلَىٰ سَوَآءِ ٱلصِّرَٰطِ
When they came in upon David and he took fright at them, they said: do not be afraid. We are two litigants, one of whom has wronged the other; so judge between us with the truth, do not go beyond what is right, and guide us to the level road.
جب وہ داؤد کے پاس اچانک آ گئے تو وہ ان سے گھبرا گئے۔ انہوں نے کہا: ڈرو مت، ہم دو فریق ہیں، ہم میں سے ایک نے دوسرے پر زیادتی کی ہے، تو ہمارے درمیان حق کے ساتھ فیصلہ کرو اور زیادتی نہ کرو، اور ہمیں سیدھے راستے کی طرف ہدایت دو۔
