بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
The sending down of the Book is from God, the Mighty, the Wise - the commentaries note both names together: might, so that His Book is not crossed, and wisdom in all He says and does.
