وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ ٱللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ ٱشْمَأَزَّتْ قُلُوبُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
When God alone is mentioned, the hearts of those who do not believe in the world to come shrink away; and when those besides Him are mentioned, at once they are glad.
اور جب اللہ اکیلے کا ذکر کیا جائے بغیر ان کے شریکوں کے ذکر کے تو ان لوگوں کے دل تنگ اور بیزار ہو جاتے ہیں جو آخرت پر ایمان نہیں رکھتے، اور جب ان کے معبودوں یعنی ان کے بتوں کا ذکر ہو جنہیں وہ اللہ کے سوا پوجتے ہیں، تو وہ فورا خوش ہو جاتے ہیں۔
