إِن تَكْفُرُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَنِىٌّ عَنكُمْ وَلَا يَرْضَىٰ لِعِبَادِهِ ٱلْكُفْرَ وَإِن تَشْكُرُوا۟ يَرْضَهُ لَكُمْ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ
If you refuse to be thankful, God has no need of you - though He is not pleased with ingratitude in His servants; and if you are thankful He is pleased with that for you. No soul that carries a burden will carry another's. Then to your Lord is your return, and He will tell you what you were doing. He knows what is in the breasts.
اگر تم لوگ کفر کرو تو اللہ تم سے اور تمہارے ایمان سے بے نیاز ہے، لیکن وہ اپنے بندوں کے لیے کفر کو پسند نہیں کرتا، اور اگر تم شکر کرو تو وہ اسے تمہارے لیے پسند کرتا ہے۔ اور کوئی گناہ گار جان کسی دوسری جان کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھائے گی، پھر تم سب کو قیامت کے دن اپنے رب کی طرف لوٹنا ہے، تو وہ تمہیں تمہارے اعمال کی حقیقت بتا دے گا، بیشک وہ دلوں کے راز جاننے والا ہے۔
