بَشِّرِ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا
Give the hypocrites the news that a painful punishment is theirs. The commentaries note the shape of the sentence: the word used for glad tidings is turned around on them, so the announcement itself is part of the answer.
