بَل رَّفَعَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا
Rather God raised him to Himself; and God is mighty, wise. The commentaries put the two halves as one denial and one affirmation: the killing is refused, and the raising is stated in its place.
بلکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے حضرت عیسیٰ علیہ السلام کو اپنی طرف زندہ اٹھا لیا، اور انہیں ان کے دشمنوں کے شر سے بچا لیا۔ اور اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے اقتدار میں غالب اور اپنی تدبیر میں کامل حکمت والا ہے، اسی لیے نہ تو قتل ثابت ہوا اور نہ صلیب، بلکہ اٹھایا جانا ہی حقیقت ٹھہرا۔
