إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ قَدْ ضَلُّوا۟ ضَلَٰلًۢا بَعِيدًا
Those who refuse and turn people away from God's path have strayed far away. The commentaries note that the two are named together because the one who misleads others is the further gone of the two.
جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا اور لوگوں کو اللہ کے راستے سے روکا، وہ بہت دور کی گمراہی میں جا پڑے۔ تفسیر بتاتی ہے کہ ان دونوں باتوں کو اکٹھا اس لیے بیان کیا گیا کہ جو خود بھی گمراہ ہو اور دوسروں کو بھی گمراہ کرے، وہ دونوں میں سے زیادہ آگے نکلا ہوا ہے۔
