سَتَجِدُونَ ءَاخَرِينَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَأْمَنُوكُمْ وَيَأْمَنُوا۟ قَوْمَهُمْ كُلَّ مَا رُدُّوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱلْفِتْنَةِ أُرْكِسُوا۟ فِيهَا فَإِن لَّمْ يَعْتَزِلُوكُمْ وَيُلْقُوٓا۟ إِلَيْكُمُ ٱلسَّلَمَ وَيَكُفُّوٓا۟ أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَخُذُوهُمْ وَٱقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكُمْ جَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَٰنًا مُّبِينًا
You will find others who want safety from you and safety from their own people; every time they are turned back to strife they plunge into it. If they do not withdraw from you, offer you peace and hold back their hands, then seize them and kill them wherever you come upon them. Against those We have given you clear authority.
تم کچھ اور لوگ ایسے بھی پاؤ گے جو یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ تم سے بھی محفوظ رہیں اور اپنی قوم سے بھی محفوظ رہیں۔ جب کبھی انہیں فتنے کی طرف لوٹایا جاتا ہے تو وہ اس میں اوندھے منہ گر پڑتے ہیں۔ پس اگر وہ تم سے کنارہ کش نہ ہوں، اور تمہاری طرف صلح نہ بڑھائیں، اور اپنے ہاتھ نہ روکیں، تو انہیں پکڑ لو اور جہاں پاؤ قتل کر دو۔ اور ایسے لوگوں پر ہم نے تمہیں کھلی دلیل اور اختیار دیا ہے۔
