إِنَّا جَعَلْنَٰهُ قُرْءَٰنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
God has made it an Arabic Qur'an, in the tongue of the Arabs, so that you may understand it.
