وَإِذَا قِيلَ إِنَّ وَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَٱلسَّاعَةُ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهَا قُلْتُم مَّا نَدْرِى مَا ٱلسَّاعَةُ إِن نَّظُنُّ إِلَّا ظَنًّا وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُسْتَيْقِنِينَ
And when it was said that God's promise is true and there is no doubt about the Hour, you said: we do not know what the Hour is; we think it only a guess, and we are not convinced.
اور جب تم سے کہا جاتا تھا کہ اللہ کا وعدہ سچا ہے اور قیامت کے آنے میں کوئی شک نہیں، تو تم کہتے تھے: ہمیں تو یہ بھی معلوم نہیں کہ قیامت کیا چیز ہے، ہم تو بس ایک گمان کرتے ہیں، اور ہمیں اس پر کوئی یقین نہیں۔
