يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَقْتُلُوا۟ ٱلصَّيْدَ وَأَنتُمْ حُرُمٌ وَمَن قَتَلَهُۥ مِنكُم مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَآءٌ مِّثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ ٱلنَّعَمِ يَحْكُمُ بِهِۦ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ هَدْيًۢا بَٰلِغَ ٱلْكَعْبَةِ أَوْ كَفَّٰرَةٌ طَعَامُ مَسَٰكِينَ أَوْ عَدْلُ ذَٰلِكَ صِيَامًا لِّيَذُوقَ وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِۦ عَفَا ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا سَلَفَ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَيَنتَقِمُ ٱللَّهُ مِنْهُ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٍ
You who believe, do not kill game while you are in the state of pilgrimage. Whoever of you kills it deliberately, the recompense is the like of what he killed, from the livestock, judged by two just men among you, as an offering reaching the Kaaba; or an atonement of feeding needy people, or the equivalent of that in fasting, so that he may taste the consequence of his deed. God has pardoned what is past; but whoever goes back, God will take retribution from him, and God is mighty, able to requite.
اے ایمان والو، احرام کی حالت میں شکار کو قتل نہ کرو، اور تم میں سے جو کوئی اسے جان بوجھ کر قتل کرے تو اس کا بدلہ اسی جیسا مویشی ہے جس کا فیصلہ تم میں سے دو عادل آدمی کریں، جو ہدی بن کر کعبہ تک پہنچے، یا اس کا کفارہ مسکینوں کو کھانا کھلانا، یا اس کے برابر روزے، تاکہ وہ اپنے کیے کا مزہ چکھے۔ اللہ نے جو پہلے ہو چکا اسے معاف کر دیا، اور جو دوبارہ کرے تو اللہ اس سے انتقام لے گا، اور اللہ زبردست اور انتقام لینے والا ہے۔
