وَٱلنَّخْلَ بَاسِقَٰتٍ لَّهَا طَلْعٌ نَّضِيدٌ
And the date-palms standing tall, their clustered spathes packed one above another. The commentaries note the packing belongs to the sheath - layer upon layer, before it opens.
