رِّزْقًا لِّلْعِبَادِ وَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِۦ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلْخُرُوجُ
Provision for God's servants. And with that same water a dead land is brought back to life - here the commentaries make the argument explicit: the coming out from the graves is exactly this, and whoever has watched a dead land turn green has already watched it happen.
