وَعَادٌ وَفِرْعَوْنُ وَإِخْوَٰنُ لُوطٍ
And 'Ad, the people to whom Hud was sent; and Pharaoh; and the brethren of Lot - the commentaries name them as the people of Sodom and the towns around it, to whom Lot was sent.
