مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ
Not a word leaves him without a watcher beside him, present and ready. The commentaries hold to that readiness: the recorder is not sent for when he is needed, he is already there.
