وَجَآءَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٌ وَشَهِيدٌ
Every soul arrives with two beside it. The commentaries describe the pair in the same terms: one who drives it to the place of gathering, and one who bears witness against it by what it did.
