مَّنَّاعٍ لِّلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍ مُّرِيبٍ
Three things are named against him: he held back the good that was owed - the commentaries instance the zakat; he was a wrongdoer who overstepped; and he was in doubt about the very religion he professed.
اس کے خلاف تین باتیں بیان کی گئی ہیں: اس نے وہ بھلائی روک رکھی جو اس کے ذمے تھی - مفسرین اس کی مثال زکوٰۃ سے دیتے ہیں؛ وہ ظالم تھا جس نے حد سے تجاوز کیا؛ اور وہ اسی دین کے بارے میں شک میں تھا جس کا وہ دعویٰ کرتا تھا۔
