تَبْصِرَةً وَذِكْرَىٰ لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ مُّنِيبٍ
All of it gives sight and reminds. But the commentaries note who actually receives it: every servant who turns back to God. The sky and the earth stand before everyone; they become a proof for the one who is already turning.
یہ سب کچھ بصیرت دیتا ہے اور یاد دلاتا ہے۔ لیکن مفسرین یہ نوٹ کرتے ہیں کہ اسے حقیقت میں کون حاصل کرتا ہے: ہر وہ بندہ جو اللہ کی طرف رجوع کرتا ہے۔ آسمان اور زمین سب کے سامنے ہیں؛ وہ اس شخص کے لیے دلیل بنتے ہیں جو پہلے ہی رجوع کر رہا ہو۔
