وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
And in their wealth was a right: for the one who asks, and for the one who is deprived. The commentaries define the second by the first - he does not ask, and it is his own restraint that keeps him from asking. The right is his all the same.
اور ان کے مالوں میں ایک حق تھا: مانگنے والے کے لیے بھی اور محروم رہ جانے والے کے لیے بھی۔ مفسرین نے دوسرے کی تعریف پہلے کے ذریعے کی ہے: وہ نہیں مانگتا، اور اسی کی اپنی خودداری ہے جو اسے مانگنے سے روکتی ہے، لیکن یہ حق پھر بھی اسی کا ہے۔
