بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلطُّورِ
By the Mount. The sura opens with a chain of oaths, and the commentaries of both traditions read this first one the same way: the mountain of Sinai, where God spoke to Moses.
