فَوَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
So woe that day to the deniers. The commentaries gloss the word woe as the severity of the punishment itself rather than a cry raised against them, and they identify the deniers as those who called the messengers liars.
