أَمْ عِندَهُمُ ٱلْغَيْبُ فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَ
Or do they hold the unseen, so that they write it down? The commentaries put the question in its place: they were disputing the raising of the dead and what comes after it, and to speak on that a man would need the record itself in front of him, to copy from and to tell out.
یا کیا ان کے پاس غیب ہے، کہ وہ اسے لکھ لیتے ہیں؟ مفسرین اس سوال کو اس کی جگہ پر رکھتے ہیں: وہ مردوں کے اٹھائے جانے اور اس کے بعد کی چیزوں پر جھگڑ رہے تھے، اور اس پر بات کرنے کے لیے کسی کو خود وہ ریکارڈ اپنے سامنے چاہیے ہوتا، تاکہ وہ اس سے نقل کر سکے اور بتا سکے۔
